For External Users

External users must book their slots via email at least two weeks in advance.

Histopathology

  • Samples of tissues should be handed over in 10% formalin
  • Tissue fixation, embedding and H & E staining will be done for each sample
  • From each sample, one FFPE block and two slides will be made.
  • Result will be delivered within 2-3 days, after the sample submission.

Embedding Machine (Leica Histocare Arcadia-H)

  • The user should submit the samples any day from Monday to Thursday between 10 AM to 5 PM.
  • Samples of tissues should be handed over in 10% formalin
  • Tissue fixation, embedding and H & E staining will be done for each sample
  • From each sample, one FFPE block and two slides will be made.
  • Result will be delivered within 2-3 days, after the sample submission.

Tissue Processor (Leica 1020)

  • The user should submit the samples any day from Monday to Thursday between 10 AM to 5 PM.

  • From each sample, one FFPE block and two slides will be made.
  • Result will be delivered within 2-3 days, after the sample submission.
