Is there a deadline to apply for incubation at CDFD Technology Incubator?
No, there is no specific deadline. We accept applications on a rolling basis throughout the year, so you can apply at any time.
No, we do not take any equity in the incubated startups. The incubation is offered purely on a rental model.

No, you don’t need to be a registered entity to apply. We accept applications from individual innovators as well. If your application is selected, we can support you in the company registration process.
Yes, you can. We accept applications from various types of legal entities including LLPs, OPCs, sole proprietorships, private limited companies—and even individual applicants.

You can apply for incubation by submitting the online application form available on our website. Once submitted, your proposal will first undergo a preliminary screening to assess its alignment with the focus areas and readiness level for incubation. Proposals that meet the basic eligibility and thematic criteria are then reviewed by our internal committee, which evaluates them based on parameters such as novelty, viability of the business plan, market fit, and the competence of the founding team. Shortlisted applicants are subsequently invited to present their idea before the selection panel. If selected, we proceed with the onboarding process.

CDFD Technology Incubator is located in Hyderabad, within the BRIC-CDFD campus at Uppal. The location is well-connected and easily accessible:
  • Airport: Approximately 45 minutes from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad.
  • Railway Station: Around 30 minutes from Secunderabad and Hyderabad Railway Stations.
  • Metro: Just 5 minutes from Nagole Metro Station, making daily commute convenient.
The campus is easily reachable by public and private transport, ensuring smooth access for startups and visitors.
